Pure Red Copper (Alloy C11000 / C10200)

Often referred to as pure copper, Red Copper is industry-standard for applications requiring maximum electrical and thermal conductivity. With a copper purity of ≥99.9%, it offers outstanding malleability and corrosion resistance.

Key Material Characteristics:

C28000 Muntz Metal. Classic forging leaded brass. Excellent hot-working capacity. Heavy-duty valves, industrial pipe fittings, pump cylinders, and structural hardware.
C27200 ~62% Copper content. Exceptional hot-working and forming performance. Pins, rivets, fasteners, structural components, and cold-headed parts.
C26800 Yellow Brass (~65% Copper). Optimal balance of strength, cost-efficiency, and workability. Industrial fasteners, small hardware, electrical stampings, and hinges.
C26200 High brass with superior ductility and excellent deep-drawing properties. Complex cold-stamped parts, automotive components, and deep-drawn shells.
C26000 "73 Brass" (~30% Zinc). Highest ductility in the alpha-brass family. Outstanding cold-working capability. Radiator cores, heat exchanger shells, cold-rolled sheets, and cartridge casings.
C24000 Low Brass (~80% Copper). High strength combined with excellent formability and acoustic properties. Industrial bellows, flexible metal hoses, mesh screens, and musical instruments.
C22000 Commercial Bronze (~90% Copper). Rich golden color, excellent corrosion resistance, and high ductility. Architectural trims, high-end jewelry blanks, ammunition primers, and marine hardware.
