For heavy metal materials, our weekly consolidated sea freight offers massive cost savings. Here is how the timeline works:

💡 Real Example (Door-to-Door in ~24 Days):

  • Jan 6 (Monday): Order placed and technical drawings confirmed.
  • Jan 6-8: Standard fabrication (such as basic cutting). Note: If your order requires precision CNC machining or other complex custom processing, the production time will be extended accordingly.
  • Jan 10 (Friday): Production complete; packed into our weekly heavy goods consolidation.
  • Jan 14 (Tuesday): Container ship departs from the port.
  • Jan 27: Vessel arrives at the US Port (Los Angeles).

  • Production Lead Time: Standard cut-to-size metal orders typically require 1-3 working days for fabrication. Please note that if your order involves precision CNC machining or other advanced surface finishing/processing, the lead time will be extended based on complexity. Highly complex or high-volume custom orders may take 2-8 weeks. Please consult our team for an exact ETA prior to placing your order.
  • Order Finality: Once a custom metal cutting or CNC machining order enters production, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, exchanged, or modified.
  • Address Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
  • Oversized Items: Extra-long metal bars or oversized plates must be packed in reinforced wooden crates and shipped via freight carriers.
  • Shipment Tracking: As soon as your shipment departs from our facility in Shenzhen, you will receive a tracking number and link to monitor your cargo in real-time.

Damaged Goods & Claims

We use industrial-grade packaging (including rust-preventative wrapping and reinforced edge protectors) to ensure your metals arrive in perfect condition. However, if transit damage occurs:

  1. You must inspect the shipment and notify us of any damage to the packaging or materials within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Take clear, high-resolution photos of the damaged outer packaging and the metal parts immediately.
