RapidKeen high-purity titanium wire is produced from high-grade raw materials through vacuum melting and multi-pass precision cold drawing. The total content of impurity elements such as oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen and iron is strictly controlled to ensure material stability and experimental repeatability.
The natural oxide film on the surface provides excellent corrosion resistance. The material has outstanding ductility, and can be easily bent, coiled and formed in the laboratory. It is non-toxic, non-magnetic and has excellent biocompatibility.
