Processing: in-stock standard brass plate orders are dispatched within 1–5 business days. Custom-cut or made-to-order plate needs extra processing time that increases with fabrication difficulty.
Transit: after the order ships, delivery normally takes 7–15 days.

Brass plate is the thick, rigid material from about 3/16 in up (this range, 5–35 mm) used for structure and machining. Thinner, gauge-measured flat brass below that is ordered as brass sheet for forming and decorative work.
Why is brass plate measured in inches instead of gauge?
Gauge numbers describe thin sheet. Thick solid plate is specified directly in inch or millimetre thickness so heavy sections can be chosen accurately for engineering and machining.
Which brass plate thickness suits a base or mounting plate?
Choose 1/4 in and thicker for load-bearing base and mounting plates; lighter supports and trim can use the thinner end of the plate range, while very compact thick sections may be ordered as brass block.

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
