Aerospace-grade Grade 5 titanium alloy plates and blocks with full in-house fabrication services — precision CNC machining, professional surface treatment and custom adhesive backing, all tailored to your exact specifications.
Grade 5 titanium alloy (Ti-6Al-4V) is the most widely used alpha-beta titanium alloy for industrial and engineering applications. Alloyed with 6% aluminum and 4% vanadium, it delivers an unmatched combination of high specific strength, excellent corrosion resistance and reliable machinability, making it the preferred material for structural components, precision parts and harsh-environment equipment.
RapidKeen supplies forged and precision-rolled Grade 5 titanium plates and blocks in a full range of dimensions. All raw materials undergo stress-relief annealing to ensure uniform grain structure and stable mechanical performance. Combined with our 5-axis CNC machining and value-added finishing services, we deliver ready-to-use titanium parts from raw material to final product in a single supply chain.
