Order quantities are flexible. Many stocked items have no or very low minimum, while custom or special items may have a minimum based on size and material. We'll confirm when you inquire.

Yes. We offer cut-to-length and cut-to-size service for most materials, so you receive exactly the dimensions you need and reduce waste.

Yes. We provide CNC machining, fabrication and surface finishing, and can produce parts from your drawings or CAD files — material and machining from one partner.

Yes, samples can be arranged for many items so you can verify the material before ordering in volume. Sample shipping is usually paid by the buyer; ask us for details.

We accept PayPal (including credit/debit card) and bank transfer (T/T), which is convenient for larger orders. Payment details are provided when you place your order.

Yes, we ship worldwide. In-stock items are usually processed within 1–5 business days, and transit typically takes 7–15 days depending on destination and shipping method.

Unless agreed otherwise, import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price. We can advise on shipping terms.
