At RapidKeen, protecting your confidential information is part of how we do business. This policy explains how we handle the information you share.

What We Treat as Confidential

We treat as confidential your drawings, CAD/CAM files, 3D models, specifications, tolerances, prototypes, quotations, pricing, order details and any business information you mark as confidential or that is reasonably understood to be confidential.

How We Protect It

• Your information is used only to quote, produce and deliver your order.
• It is not disclosed to third parties, and is shared only with employees or vetted partners directly involved, who are bound by the same confidentiality.
• It is not copied, reproduced or used for any other purpose.
• It is stored securely and retained only for as long as needed.

Exclusions

Confidentiality does not apply to information that is or becomes public without a breach, is lawfully received from a third party without restriction, is independently developed without use of your information, or must be disclosed by law (in which case we will notify you where permitted).

Duration

Your information is protected during our work together and for 2 years afterward, whether or not an order proceeds.

Signed Mutual NDA

If you require a formal mutual non-disclosure agreement before sharing files, send us yours or request ours. We can review and sign it, usually within 24 hours.
