⚠️ Custom Order Policy Notice: All of our products are custom-made, precision-cut, or CNC-machined according to your specific requirements, technical drawings, or sizes. Therefore, we do NOT accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for non-quality issues (such as change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or project cancellations).

Quality-Related Issues & Defects

Your satisfaction and precision standards are our top priorities. If your order arrives with severe manufacturing defects, out-of-tolerance processing, or structural deviations from your confirmed drawings, we will gladly resolve the issue via a replacement or partial/full refund.

How to File a Quality Claim:

  1. Inspection Window: Please thoroughly inspect your shipment upon arrival. Any claims regarding quality defects or dimension discrepancies must be submitted to us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  2. Required Evidence: To expedite your claim, please email us with your order number and provide clear, high-resolution photos or videos showing:
    • The defect or out-of-tolerance area measured with a professional tool (e.g., calipers or micrometers).
    • The product labels and the overall packaging condition.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

Because we implement a highly efficient workflow, material procurement and custom programming often begin immediately after payment confirmation.

  • Orders can only be modified or cancelled before the cutting or CNC machining process has officially begun.
  • Once materials have been cut or production has started, the order cannot be cancelled, refunded, or altered.

Shipping Damage

If your metal parts or materials are physically damaged during transit, please refer to our Shipping Policy. You must document the damage with photos and contact us within 24 hours of delivery to ensure a successful logistics claim.
