After your order is confirmed, our online sales representative will review the specifications and contact you by email or WhatsApp on the next business day with the estimated production and delivery schedule.

We offer flexible global shipping by sea, air or international express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS).

Heavy-Cargo Sea Freight to the United States

For heavy metal materials, our weekly consolidated (LCL) sea service offers major savings. Here is how it works.

Full timeline

  1. 1–3 days: precision production
  2. Every Friday: order cut-off
  3. Next Tuesday: port departure
  4. 13 days: sea transit
  5. 1–3 days: final-mile delivery

Real example (door-to-door, about 24 days)

  • Mon, Jan 6 – order placed and drawings confirmed
  • Jan 6–8 – standard processing (e.g. basic cutting). Precision CNC or complex custom work will extend production.
  • Fri, Jan 10 – production completed and loaded into our weekly heavy-cargo consolidation
  • Tue, Jan 14 – vessel leaves port
  • Jan 27 – vessel arrives at the US port (Los Angeles)
  • Jan 28–30 – customs clearance and final-mile delivery to your address
Heavy-cargo sea freight is consolidated every Friday. Orders completed after the Friday cut-off are shipped the following week (about 7 extra days total).

Final-Mile Delivery Options

  • LTL freight – for large, oversized or pallet-packed metal cargo. Best for commercial addresses with a loading dock or forklift.
  • Express courier (UPS/FedEx) – for small parcels under 70 lb (about 32 kg) per piece. Suitable for both residential and commercial addresses.

Important Shipping Terms

  • Production time – standard cut-to-size metal orders usually take 1–3 business days. Precision CNC or advanced finishing extends this; highly complex or high-volume custom orders may take 2–8 weeks. Contact us for an accurate lead time before ordering.
  • Order finalit – once a custom metal cutting or CNC order enters production, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, replaced or modified.
  • Address restrictions – we do not ship to PO Box addresses.
  • Oversized items – extra-long bars or oversized sheets must be packed in reinforced wooden cases and shipped by freight.
  • Tracking – once your shipment leaves our Shenzhen warehouse, you will receive a tracking number and link to monitor it in real time.

Cargo Damage & Claims

We use industrial-grade packaging, including anti-rust wrapping and reinforced edge protection, to ensure your metal products arrive in good condition. If damage occurs in transit:

  • Inspect the goods within 24 hours of receipt and notify us of any damage to the packaging or materials.
  • Take clear, high-resolution photos of the damaged outer packaging and metal parts immediately.
  • Contact us right away so we can expedite the claim.
