We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Grade 2 titanium exhaust tube built for performance fabrication. Supplied from 30.0 to 114.0 mm outside diameter in a lightweight 1.2 mm thin wall, this annealed, weld-ready titanium tubing is cut to length for downpipes, headers, collectors, intercooler and charge piping, high-flow intakes and performance vehicle exhaust systems.
Grade 2 titanium tube is made from commercially pure titanium and has become a preferred material in performance exhaust work. It combines useful high-temperature strength with outstanding formability and weldability, resists road salt and atmospheric corrosion, and weighs only 4.51 g/cm³ — about 43% lighter than common stainless exhaust tubing. In a 1.2 mm wall, 30–114 mm sections deliver free-flowing exhaust-gas paths, a crisp titanium note and the signature heat-tint finish that develops in service.
Cuts system weight versus steel exhaust tubing and removes mass from the vehicle’s hottest, most restrictive zones.
Withstands the heat of exhaust-gas and charge-air circuits while resisting oxidation and surface scaling.
Thin, rigid walls produce the distinctive, sharp tone associated with titanium performance systems.
Fully annealed for clean TIG welding, mandrel bending, expanding and collector forming without cracking.
Handles winter road salt, coastal humidity and internal condensation for long cosmetic and structural life.
Polished or brushed surfaces develop gold, blue and purple heat tints for a premium, race-bred appearance.
Exhaust-grade Grade 2 titanium tube is supplied seamless or with a smooth longitudinal weld. Seamless lengths offer maximum wall uniformity for heavily formed headers and merge collectors, while welded and fully annealed tube gives a consistent, economical option across the larger diameters used in downpipes and truck systems.
Every length ships fully annealed, so it takes tight mandrel bends, stepped transitions and TIG welds with predictable behavior.
Pickled and annealed, brushed, mechanically polished or bright finishes are available; all develop natural heat tints as the system reaches operating temperature.
Each length is checked for straightness, surface condition and clean, open bores before packing.
Welded lengths undergo eddy-current or ultrasonic weld inspection along the full seam.
Heat and lot traceability and an EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate are available for every production batch.

Fixed straight lengths cut to order, deburred and ready for the fabrication bench.
Annealed 1.2 mm wall optimized for smooth mandrel bends without wrinkling or flattening.
Reducers, stepped transitions, merge-collector sections and pre-formed parts produced from drawing.
Build cat-back and axle-back systems, muffler shells and cans, tailpipes and full titanium exhaust lines that stay light and develop a premium heat-tinted finish.
The 30–114 mm range supports turbo downpipes, exhaust headers and merge collectors requiring smooth bends, leak-free TIG joints and high-temperature durability.
Form rigid intercooler pipes, charge pipes and boost tubes that handle heated compressed air while saving weight across the engine bay.
Fabricate large-flow cold-air intakes, intake tubes and air-box connections with a smooth bore for unrestricted inlet airflow.
Diameters up to 114 mm deliver the flow capacity needed for high-power performance cars, pickups and truck exhaust systems.
The same corrosion-resistant tubing serves workshop industrial ventilation, hot-air extraction, welding fume removal and aggressive-fume ducting where ordinary steel would degrade.
Yes. A 1.2 mm annealed wall is a standard lightweight choice for titanium downpipes, headers and cat-back systems: it is light enough for a crisp note and responsive throttle, yet ductile for mandrel bending and TIG welding.
It spans roughly 1.2 to 4.5 inches, covering the common 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5 and 4 inch performance exhaust sizes, supplied cut to the exact lengths required.
Yes — supplied fully annealed, the tube bends cleanly on mandrel tooling and welds with standard titanium TIG practice; square or beveled weld ends can be prepared before shipment.
Both are used. Seamless tube gives maximum wall uniformity for heavily formed headers and collectors, while welded and annealed tube is a consistent, cost-effective choice for downpipes and larger-diameter sections; every weld seam is inspected.
