We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Medium-diameter Grade 2 titanium tube for industrial piping, thermal and corrosion-service systems. Available from 25.0 to 300.0 mm outside diameter with a 0.5–10.0 mm wall range, supplied seamless or welded, fully annealed and cut to fixed lengths with deburred or beveled ends ready for welding and installation.
Grade 2 titanium tube is made from commercially pure titanium and is the most widely used titanium tubing for general industrial service. In the 25–300 mm range it replaces heavier ordinary metal pipe in corrosive circuits, combining dependable strength with high ductility. It resists seawater, chlorides, brine and oxidizing media, stays non-magnetic, and weighs roughly 56% of steel at 4.51 g/cm³ — an advantage for large-bore process lines, exchanger bundles and marine systems.
Withstands seawater, brine, chlorides and oxidizing chemicals for long service in desalination, chemical and marine circuits.
At 4.51 g/cm³, 25–300 mm assemblies weigh far less than steel pipe, easing supports, handling and installation.
Walls from 0.5 to 10 mm balance pressure capability with the formability needed for bends, reducers and welded spools.
Suited to sanitary, pharmaceutical, food-processing and sensitive instrument environments.
Clean TIG and plasma welding, weld preparation and beveled ends support spool, flange and fitting fabrication.
Long corrosion life reduces replacement frequency and unplanned downtime in continuous-process plants.
Seamless medium-diameter Grade 2 titanium tube is cold drawn or extruded and finished for a uniform structure and smooth bore. It is selected at the smaller end of the 25–300 mm range for high-pressure, high-purity or critical fluid circuits where a longitudinal weld is not desired.
Most medium to large diameters are produced as welded tube: strip is roll-formed and joined with a longitudinal TIG or plasma weld, then cold-worked and fully annealed. The weld bead is controlled and finished for a smooth profile, delivering consistent wall thickness and economical supply across diameters up to 300 mm and 10 mm walls.
Every length is fully annealed to relieve forming stress and deliver stable, predictable behavior in bending, welding and installation.
Pickled and annealed, mechanically polished or bright finishes are available, including sanitary finishes for food and pharmaceutical lines.
Longitudinal welds are examined by eddy-current, ultrasonic or radiographic inspection to confirm weld soundness along the full length.
Each length can be hydrostatically pressure tested, with pneumatic leak testing available for specified welded spools.
Heat and lot records, chemical and mechanical test results and an EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate are available for every batch.

Fixed straight lengths cut to your required dimension, ready for spool fabrication or direct installation.
Choose seamless for critical pressure and purity, or welded for economical medium and large diameters with walls to 10 mm.
Bent sections, reducers, beveled ends, flanged lengths and welded sub-assemblies produced directly from drawing.
Medium-bore ASTM B338 Grade 2 titanium tube is used in shell-and-tube heat exchangers, power-plant condensers, oil coolers and thermal circuits handling seawater or aggressive coolants.
Corrosion-service process lines, brine and chlor-alkali circuits, desalination plants, electroplating lines and water-treatment systems rely on Grade 2 titanium pipe for continuous operation.
Seawater cooling, ballast and fire-water lines, offshore platform piping and shipboard systems benefit from titanium’s resistance to saltwater corrosion and marine fouling.
Medium and large diameters serve marine exhaust stacks, process venting and hot corrosive-gas ducting on ships, platforms and process plants. For automotive performance exhaust, downpipes and headers, see our titanium exhaust tubing.
Polished, non-magnetic and biocompatible tubing supports sanitary process lines, CIP circuits and pharmaceutical and food production where contamination must be avoided.
The range also serves aerospace ducting, process piping, valve and pump connections, and structural tubular fabrications requiring corrosion resistance at large diameters.
Seamless tube is chosen for critical pressure, high-purity or smaller-diameter circuits. Welded tube is the economical, standard solution for most 25–300 mm process and thermal lines; welds are fully annealed and nondestructively examined.
The standard range runs from 25.0 to 300.0 mm outside diameter with walls from 0.5 to 10.0 mm. Larger sizes, special gauges and fixed lengths can be produced to order.
Yes. Lengths can be cut, beveled for welding, roll or CNC bent, flared or reduced, and supplied with welded flanges or as finished sub-assemblies from drawing.
