Small-diameter Grade 2 titanium tube manufactured for precision fluid control, instrumentation and compact engineering systems. Available from 3.0 to 25.0 mm outside diameter with a 0.5–4.0 mm wall range, as seamless cold-drawn or welded and cold-reduced tubing, supplied annealed and cut to length with clean, deburred ends.
Grade 2 titanium tube is made from commercially pure titanium and is the most widely used titanium tubing for precision industrial work. It balances dependable strength with good ductility, offers excellent resistance to seawater, chlorides and oxidizing media, and is naturally non-magnetic. At 4.51 g/cm³ — roughly 56% the density of steel — small-diameter Grade 2 titanium tubing reduces component weight while delivering long service life in demanding control circuits and instruments.

Seamless small-diameter Grade 2 titanium tube is cold drawn over a mandrel for a uniform structure, smooth inner bore and consistent wall. It is preferred for high-integrity hydraulic lines, fuel control and clean fluid paths where an internal weld bead is not acceptable.
Welded Grade 2 titanium tube uses a longitudinal weld followed by cold reduction and full annealing. The result is consistent wall thickness, good surface quality and an economical option for thinner gauges and larger diameters within the 3–25 mm range.
Every length is supplied fully annealed, giving stable, repeatable behavior in downstream bending, flaring and coiling.
Pickled and annealed, mechanically polished or bright annealed surfaces match cosmetic, cleanliness or cleanroom requirements.
Eddy-current or ultrasonic inspection is applied along the weld and wall, and hydrostatic pressure testing is available for specified orders.
Each heat is tracked through production, with chemical and mechanical records and an EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate available for every batch.

Yes. Supplied in the annealed condition, Grade 2 titanium tubing bends, flares, expands, reduces and coils cleanly, and it welds with standard titanium welding practice.
The standard range covers 3.0–25.0 mm outside diameter with walls from 0.5–4.0 mm. Custom gauges, coiled stock and cut lengths are produced to order.
You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
