Frequently Asked Questions
Can this foil be used for outdoor long-term exposure?
Yes. The natural aluminum oxide layer provides excellent corrosion resistance for normal outdoor and coastal environments. For prolonged highly corrosive conditions such as heavy salt spray or chemical exposure, we recommend our coated or treated foil options for extended service life.
Do you provide samples before bulk order?
Absolutely. We provide small samples for material testing and evaluation. Sample shipping cost is typically covered by the customer, and will be credited back from your first formal bulk order.
What temper should I choose for bending and forming?
Soft temper (O temper) is recommended for deep drawing, complex folding and hand forming applications. Half hard temper (H24) offers better rigidity and shape retention, suitable for stamping, trim strips and structural uses where stiffness is required.
Can you supply foil cut into sheets or pre-cut strips?
Yes. In addition to full rolls, we provide precision sheeting services with custom length and width dimensions, as well as pre-slit narrow strips on spools. All cut edges are deburred and dimensionally inspected before delivery.

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
