What Is Double-Conductive Self-Adhesive Copper Foil Tape?
Double-conductive self-adhesive copper foil tape is a flexible adhesive backed copper foil in which both the exposed copper surface and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer are electrically conductive. Loaded with conductive particles, the acrylic adhesive carries current through the bond line (Z-axis / XYZ-axis), so the tape keeps conducting where it sticks to a metal surface. Peel off the release liner and press the copper foil tape into place to create an instant conductive bond.
How the three layers work
- Conductive copper face — a high-purity copper foil surface that carries current and blocks electromagnetic interference.
- Conductive acrylic adhesive — a Z-axis electrically conductive self-adhesive layer that maintains point-to-point contact straight through the glue line, even on grounded metal.

Double-Conductive vs Single-Conductive Copper Foil Tape
This double-conductive self-adhesive copper foil tape conducts on the copper face and through the adhesive, which is essential when the tape must make electrical contact with the conductive surface it is stuck to. If your application only needs shielding on the copper face and the bonded side should remain electrically insulated, a single-conductive self-adhesive copper foil tape with non-conductive adhesive is the more economical choice.

Returns & Custom Orders
Custom and cut-to-size self-adhesive copper foil tape is fabricated to your ordered dimensions. Once cutting or processing has begun, custom products cannot be cancelled or returned. Please confirm your width, length and form before ordering.

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
