We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Small-diameter seamless copper tubing selected by outer diameter (OD) with a fixed wall, supplied in straight or cut lengths in millimeters and inches.
Pure copper 110 seamless tube — also called small copper tubing, seamless copper pipe, or hollow copper tube — is a hollow, seamless copper tube drawn from 99.9% pure copper 110, with no welded seam along its length. Small copper tubing is chosen for cooling coils, refrigerant and fluid lines, gas and oil delivery, instrumentation and laboratory systems, heat exchangers, manifold and nozzle components, and DIY bending and flaring projects. The seamless wall bends, flares, brazes, and solders cleanly, and the inner bore is smooth and continuous for dependable flow.
This small-diameter range is selected by its outer diameter (OD) with a fixed standard wall, supplied in straight lengths or cut to the exact length your assembly requires, across the United States. Other wall thicknesses are handled as custom requirements for orders that need thicker or thinner walls.
Pure copper 110 is commercial-grade 99.9% pure copper valued for high thermal and electrical conductivity, natural corrosion resistance, and excellent ductility. In seamless tube form it is drawn as a hollow product with a continuous, uniform wall and no welded seam, which gives a smooth bore, a clean exterior for bending and flaring, and dependable behavior under forming and joining. In US usage, tube is specified by actual outer diameter and wall thickness (the way industrial, instrumentation, and small cooling lines are sized), while pipe refers to nominal plumbing sizes such as Type K/L/M. Buyers search this product as “seamless copper tube,” “small copper tubing,” “copper tubing by OD,” “thin copper tube,” and “hollow copper tubing.”
This product is selected by outer diameter (OD), with the standard fixed wall. The inner bore is simply the OD minus two wall thicknesses. Choose the OD variant, then specify your length. The standard small OD range and approximate inch equivalents are listed below.
| Outer diameter (mm) | Approx. inch OD | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| 3 mm | 0.118" (≈1/8") | Instrument lines, capillary-style cooling, nozzles |
| 4 mm | 0.157" (≈5/32") | Small coolant lines, pneumatic and sensor lines |
| 5 mm | 0.197" (≈3/16") | Cooling coils, oil and gas delivery, hobby use |
| 6 mm | 0.236" (≈1/4") | Common refrigerant and fluid-line size |
| 7 mm | 0.276" | Custom manifolds, small heat-transfer runs |
| 8 mm | 0.315" (≈5/16") | Cooling and lubrication lines, apparatus builds |
| 9 mm | 0.354" (≈11/32") | Fluid transfer, instrumentation and lab equipment |
| 10 mm | 0.394" (≈3/8") | Coolant and refrigerant runs, manifolds |
| 11 mm | 0.433" (≈7/16") | Heat exchanger connections, process lines |
| 12 mm | 0.472" (≈1/2") | General water and fluid lines, coil making |
| 13 mm | 0.512" | Apparatus and cooling assemblies |
| 14 mm | 0.551" (≈9/16") | Fluid and gas lines, connector bodies |
| 15 mm | 0.591" (≈19/32") | Manifolds, heat-transfer equipment |
| 16 mm | 0.630" (≈5/8") | Heavier coolant and refrigerant lines |
| 18 mm | 0.709" (≈11/16") | Largest small-tubing process and fluid lines |
All OD sizes are supplied with the standard fixed wall; the inner bore is shown in the order details. Larger hollow sections are not part of this small-tubing range, and other wall thicknesses can be specified as custom orders. Solid conductor stock is supplied as round bar, and thin flexible conductor as copper wire, in the copper tube collection.
Choose the OD from the variants in millimeters (or its approximate inch equivalent), matching the fitting or drawing. Tube is measured by actual OD, not nominal size.
This range is supplied with the standard fixed wall. If the assembly needs a thicker or thinner wall, specify that as a custom requirement rather than choosing a standard variant.
Order straight stock lengths or cut pieces in millimeters or inches. Repeated identical cuts can be supplied ready for bending, flaring, or installation.
Pure copper 110 seamless tube bends with standard tube benders to tight, controlled radii and flares, expands, and swages with conventional tubing tools for flare and compression fittings. It cuts cleanly with a tube cutter and deburrs readily for smooth flow. Joints are made by brazing, soldering, or compression fittings, giving permanent watertight and gas-tight connections. The seamless wall resists splitting during flaring and forming, and the natural copper surface resists atmospheric corrosion and takes solder readily. Before bending, small tubing should be cut square and deburred so the bore stays open and fittings seat correctly.
Pure copper 110 seamless tube is supplied in standard straight lengths or cut to the specified length in millimeters or inches. Repeated identical pieces for coils, manifolds, cooling runs, and apparatus can be pre-cut to the same dimension. Outer diameters outside the standard range or a different wall thickness are handled as custom orders; such requirements add handling time according to the difficulty and complexity of the work, and pieces are then supplied to the confirmed OD and wall.
Standard (in-stock) pure copper 110 seamless tube ships within 1–5 business days.
Custom-cut or processed orders require additional handling time based on processing difficulty and complexity.
After shipment, delivery typically takes 7–15 days to arrive, depending on the destination.
By outer diameter (OD) and wall thickness in millimeters or inches, rather than the nominal sizing used for plumbing pipe. This range is selected by OD with a fixed standard wall.
Yes. It is seamless 99.9% pure copper 110 tube drawn without a welded seam, giving a smooth bore and a clean surface for bending, flaring, and joining.
Yes. Small seamless copper tube bends to tight radii with a tube bender and flares, expands, and swages cleanly for flare and compression fittings.
Yes. Choose the outer diameter variant and specify length; tubing is supplied in standard straight lengths or pre-cut pieces, including repeated identical cuts.
The standard range uses a fixed wall; thicker or thinner walls are handled as custom orders with additional handling time based on the processing required.
