We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Thin, formable copper sheet metal in a full range of gauges and millimeters, cut to your exact length, width, blank, or shape.
Pure copper 110 sheet — also called copper sheet metal, thin copper plate, or bare copper sheet — is flat-rolled 99.9% pure copper 110 in the thin, formable range that bends, cuts, stamps, and solders easily. It is the material used for panels, shims and washers, roofing and flashing, backsplashes, shielding, stamped parts, heat spreaders, jewelry, and metal crafts across the United States. Each sheet is offered in millimeters, inches, US gauge, and common copper-ounce weights, so the same material matches engineering drawings, roofing practice, and craft projects.
Thin copper sheet can be ordered as standard sheets or cut to your custom size, blank, or shape, with no need to buy and cut full sheets yourself. Thicker flat-rolled material begins at the plate range, while the very thinnest material is supplied as foil.
Pure copper 110 is commercial-grade 99.9% pure copper known for high electrical and thermal conductivity, natural corrosion resistance, and excellent ductility. In sheet form it is a flat-rolled product supplied in thin gauges up to the plate boundary (around 6 mm or 1/4 inch). Thin copper sheet forms without cracking, takes clean bends and folds, stamps and shears cleanly, and solders and brazes readily, developing a long-lived protective patina outdoors. US buyers search this material as “copper sheet,” “copper sheet metal,” “pure copper sheet,” “thin copper sheet,” “copper flashing sheet,” and “copper sheet cut to size.”
The sheet range covers thin gauges from 0.1 mm to 5 mm. Select thickness as the product variant, then specify the sheet or blank dimensions. Thickness is shown in millimeters and inches and can be matched to US gauge and copper-ounce conventions.
| Thickness (mm) | Approx. inch | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| 0.1 mm | 0.004" | Thin shims, foil-adjacent wraps, delicate craft |
| 0.2 mm | 0.008" | Shims, wraps, embossing, thin shielding |
| 0.25 mm | 0.010" | Gaskets, shim stock, light forming |
| 0.3 mm | 0.012" | Shims, washers, small stamped parts |
| 0.4 mm | 0.016" | Craft sheet, flashing details, shielding |
| 0.5 mm | 0.020" | General shim stock, hobby and craft panels |
| 0.6 mm | 0.024" | Shims, nameplates, formed parts |
| 0.8 mm | 0.032" | Panel stock, backplates, light guards |
| 1.0 mm | 0.039" (≈1/32") | Panels, flashing, general fabrication |
| 1.2 mm | 0.047" | Stamped components, electrical panels |
| 1.5 mm | 0.059" | Backsplashes, trays, busbar-adjacent parts |
| 2.0 mm | 0.079" (≈1/16") | Heavy panels, guards, counter and trim work |
| 2.5 mm | 0.098" | Structural panels, machine components |
| 3.0 mm | 0.118" (≈1/8") | Heavy panels, electrical plates, fixtures |
| 4.0 mm | 0.157" (≈5/32") | Heavy plates-adjacent, busbar plates |
| 5.0 mm | 0.197" (≈3/16") | Heaviest sheet before the plate range |
Thicknesses above this range are supplied as pure copper 110 plate; thinner material below the sheet range is supplied as copper foil. Flat-rolled sheet is also commonly quoted by US gauge and ounces per square foot (for example the familiar roofing weights), both of which map to the millimeter thicknesses above.
Select the millimeter, gauge, or ounce thickness from the variants: thin gauges for shims and crafts, middle gauges for panels and flashing, heavy gauges for plates and guards.
Provide length and width for rectangular sheets, or a blank or shape for stamping and fabrication. Sizes are accepted in millimeters and inches.
Order single pieces or production batches in the natural mill finish; copper polishes bright, stays natural, or weathers to a patina as required.
Pure copper 110 sheet shears and cuts with tin snips, guillotine shears, and saws, and forms on standard brakes, rollers, and presses. It takes tight bends in thin gauges and deep folds in heavier gauges, and stamps, spins, and embosses with good detail. Joints are made with solder, brazing, rivets, or fasteners. The natural mill finish can be polished bright, brushed, or left to develop a blue-green patina outdoors; for outdoor roofing and flashing, the natural patina is what gives copper sheet its long service life with no coating required.
Pure copper 110 sheet is supplied in standard sheets or cut to specified length, width, blank, or shape, in millimeters or inches. Repeated identical blanks, gaskets, shim sets, panel pieces, flashing sections, and craft blanks can be produced from the same thickness so they arrive ready to form or install. Non-standard dimensions or parts requiring additional processing are handled as custom orders, with handling time extended according to the difficulty and complexity of the work.
Standard (in-stock) pure copper 110 sheet ships within 1–5 business days.
Custom-cut or processed orders require additional handling time based on processing difficulty and complexity.
After shipment, delivery typically takes 7–15 days to arrive, depending on the destination.
Sheet covers the thin, formable flat-rolled range from 0.1 mm to 5 mm; material below this range is foil, and heavier, rigid material from 6 mm upward is plate.
By thickness (millimeters, inches, US gauge, or copper ounces per square foot) and by sheet dimensions. Select the thickness variant and provide the required length and width.
Yes. Sheet is supplied as standard panels or cut to specified length, width, blanks, and shapes, including repeated identical pieces for production.
Yes. Copper sheet is a traditional roofing and flashing material because it forms easily, solders watertight, and develops a protective patina that resists corrosion for decades.
Yes. 99.9% pure copper 110 sheet is ductile and bends, folds, shears, stamps, and embosses with standard sheet-metal and craft tools.
It is supplied in the natural mill finish, which can be polished bright, brushed, or left to develop a natural patina over time, especially outdoors.
