We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Flexible, seamless soft copper tubing coil, annealed for easy bending around corners, sold by the meter or in roll lengths for HVAC, gas, and water runs.
Soft annealed copper tubing coil — also called soft copper coil, flexible copper tubing, annealed copper coil, or copper coil tubing — is seamless 99.9% pure copper 110 tube that has been annealed (softened) and wound into a coil. Where rigid straight tube must be pre-bent and joined, soft copper tubing bends by hand or with a bender to follow walls, cabinets, and equipment frames, so installers can run long continuous lines with far fewer joints. It is the standard flexible copper coil for HVAC line sets, refrigerant and air-conditioning connections, gas and water supply, heat pumps, appliances, and repair and retrofit work across the United States.
The coil is selected by outer diameter (OD) with the standard wall, and can be supplied cut by the meter or foot, or in continuous roll lengths, so buyers receive exactly the length of flexible copper tubing their installation needs without waste or extra connections.
Pure copper 110 is commercial-grade 99.9% pure copper valued for high thermal and electrical conductivity, natural corrosion resistance, and excellent ductility. In soft annealed coil form, seamless drawn tubing is heat-treated to a soft temper so it bends without cracking and springs back very little. It remains a seamless, hollow tube with a smooth bore and a clean exterior for flaring, compression fittings, and brazing. US buyers search this product as “soft copper tubing,” “annealed copper coil,” “soft copper coil,” “copper coil tubing,” “flexible copper tubing,” and “copper refrigeration coil.” Rigid, non-annealed tubing is supplied separately as straight copper tube.
Soft copper tubing is selected by outer diameter (OD), with the standard wall. The available small OD range is shown below with approximate inch equivalents; choose the OD variant, then specify the length by meter/foot or choose a roll. Live variants reflect the ODs actually stocked.
| Outer diameter (mm) | Approx. inch OD | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| 3 mm | 0.118" (≈1/8") | Instrument and capillary-style soft lines |
| 4 mm | 0.157" (≈5/32") | Small refrigerant and control lines |
| 5 mm | 0.197" (≈3/16") | Appliance and compact cooling connections |
| 6 mm | 0.236" (≈1/4") | Common refrigeration and gas line size |
| 7 mm | 0.276" | Appliance and oil-line connections |
| 8 mm | 0.315" (≈5/16") | Cooling and refrigerant runs |
| 9 mm | 0.354" (≈11/32") | HVAC and process soft connections |
| 10 mm | 0.394" (≈3/8") | Refrigerant liquid and suction line sections |
| 11 mm | 0.433" (≈7/16") | Heat pump and appliance connections |
| 12 mm | 0.472" (≈1/2") | Water and refrigerant flexible runs |
| 13 mm | 0.512" | Equipment and chiller connections |
| 14 mm | 0.551" (≈9/16") | Fluid and gas supply lines |
| 15 mm | 0.591" (≈19/32") | HVAC and plumbing-adjacent runs |
| 16 mm | 0.630" (≈5/8") | Suction and larger refrigerant lines |
| 18 mm | 0.709" (≈11/16") | Largest soft-coil cooling and fluid lines |
Soft coil is supplied by the meter/foot or in continuous rolls. Rigid straight copper tube is available for manifolds, heat exchangers, and fixed equipment in the copper tube collection; a different wall thickness or non-standard OD can be noted as a custom requirement.
Choose the OD in millimeters or its approximate inch equivalent to match the existing line, flare, or compression fitting. Tubing is selected by actual outer diameter.
Order cut coil by the meter/foot for repairs and short runs, or continuous roll lengths for full installations. Each coil is one seamless length.
Use a tubing bender for tight bends and a flaring tool for joints. If a different wall thickness or non-standard OD is needed, specify it as a custom requirement.
Soft annealed copper coil bends by hand for gentle curves or with a tubing bender for controlled tight bends; using a bender or spring keeps the bore round and prevents kinks that would restrict flow. The tube is cut square with a tubing cutter and deburred before flaring, and joints are made with standard flare or compression fittings, or by brazing and soldering. Long unbroken runs reduce the number of connections, and the soft temper lets the tube lie neatly against walls and cabinets. Coil should be unrolled without sharp folds, and open ends should be kept capped or clean until installation to protect the seamless bore.
Soft annealed copper coil is supplied cut to the length you need, by the meter/foot or in continuous roll lengths, in millimeters or inch-equivalent ODs. A non-standard outer diameter or a different wall thickness is handled as a custom order, with handling time extended according to the difficulty and complexity of the work. All standard coil lengths use the same seamless pure copper 110 material as the straight tube range.
Standard (in-stock) soft annealed copper tubing coil ships within 1–5 business days.
Custom-cut or processed orders require additional handling time based on processing difficulty and complexity.
After shipment, delivery typically takes 7–15 days to arrive, depending on the destination.
It is seamless pure copper 110 tube that has been annealed to a soft temper so it bends easily without cracking and is wound into a coil for long continuous runs in HVAC, gas, and water installations.
By outer diameter (OD) with the standard wall, and by length — either cut by the meter/foot or in continuous roll lengths. OD is shown in millimeters and approximate inch equivalents.
Yes for gentle curves; for tight bends use a tubing bender or bending spring to keep the bore round and avoid kinking. The annealed temper holds the bent shape with little springback.
Standard flare and compression fittings, brazing, and soldering. The tube is cut square and deburred before flaring so fittings seat and seal correctly.
Use soft coil for field routing, line sets, and runs with many bends; use rigid straight tube for manifolds, heat exchangers, and fixed equipment where the line must hold position.
Standard coils use the standard wall; different walls, non-standard ODs, or specified roll lengths are handled as custom orders with additional handling time based on the processing required.
You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
