We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Ultra-thin, highly conductive bare copper foil in continuous rolls and cut sheets, slit to width and cut to length for shielding, electronics, and crafts.
Pure copper 110 foil — also called thin copper foil, copper foil roll, copper foil sheet, or bare copper foil tape — is the thinnest flat-rolled form of 99.9% pure copper 110: a flexible, highly conductive foil that wraps, conforms, die-cuts, and solders cleanly. It is the material used for EMI and RFI shielding, grounding and conductive contacts, prototype circuits and transformer winding, battery and busbar connections, heat spreading, gaskets, stained-glass came, embossing, and fine metal crafts. It is supplied in continuous rolls for production or cut sheets and blanks for smaller projects across the United States.
Copper foil is the lightest way to add a conductive or shielding layer, and it can be slit to your required width or cut to your specified length or blank size in millimeters or inches. Thicker but still flexible material is supplied as copper sheet; the very thinnest foil begins at the 0.01 mm class.
Pure copper 110 is commercial-grade 99.9% pure copper valued for high electrical and thermal conductivity, natural corrosion resistance, and excellent ductility. In foil form it is flat-rolled to the thinnest gauges in the copper range, below the standard sheet threshold, where the material becomes flexible enough to wrap, fold, and conform to curves. Even at foil thickness, it remains solid, bare copper that conducts, shields, and solders. US buyers search this material as “copper foil,” “pure copper foil,” “thin copper foil roll,” “copper foil sheet,” “EMI copper foil,” “copper foil for stained glass,” and “copper foil tape” (tape usually refers to foil with an adhesive backing).
Copper foil is selected by thickness, shown in millimeters, inches, and mils (thousandths of an inch), and by roll or sheet width. The five standard foil thicknesses are listed below; select the thickness variant, then choose roll or cut sheet and the width and length you need.
| Thickness (mm) | Approx. inch / mil | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| 0.01 mm | ≈0.0004" (0.4 mil) | Ultra-thin wraps, fine shielding, delicate laminating |
| 0.02 mm | ≈0.0008" (0.8 mil) | EMI/RFI wraps, thin conductive layers, winding |
| 0.03 mm | ≈0.0012" (1.2 mil) | Shielding, prototype circuits, gaskets, crafts |
| 0.05 mm | ≈0.0020" (2 mil) | General shielding, grounding contacts, stained glass |
| 0.08 mm | ≈0.0031" (3.1 mil) | Heavier foil wraps, straps, robust die-cut parts |
Thicker flexible material above the foil range is supplied as pure copper 110 sheet, and thin rigid plates are supplied as copper plate. Set live variants to the exact foil thicknesses and widths you stock.
Select the millimeter, inch, or mil thickness. Use the thinnest gauges for wraps and laminating, and heavier foil for robust die-cut parts, straps, and repeated handling.
Continuous rolls suit wrapping, winding, shielding, and production; cut sheets and blanks suit shims, panels, prototype work, and crafts.
Provide slit width, roll length, or sheet dimensions in millimeters or inches. Custom widths and repeated cut blanks are supplied to the same dimensions.
Pure copper 110 foil cuts with scissors, knives, steel rules, or die-cutting tooling and slits cleanly to narrow widths. It folds and wraps around edges and corners, accepts conductive adhesives where assemblies require them, and solders quickly with standard solder and flux. For shielding, overlapping foil layers and continuous contact with the grounded surface create the most effective enclosure. Bare foil can be left natural, polished, or allowed to develop a patina; it should be stored flat or on the roll and kept clean before forming or soldering.
Pure copper 110 foil is supplied in standard rolls or slit to a specified width and cut to a specified length or blank size, in millimeters or inches. Repeated identical foil strips, die-cut blanks, gaskets, shielding panels, and craft sheets can be produced from the same thickness so they arrive ready to apply or convert. Thicknesses, widths, or forms outside the standard range, or parts requiring additional processing, are handled as custom orders, with handling time extended according to the difficulty and complexity of the work.
Standard (in-stock) pure copper 110 foil ships within 1–5 business days.
Custom-cut or processed orders require additional handling time based on processing difficulty and complexity.
After shipment, delivery typically takes 7–15 days to arrive, depending on the destination.
Foil is the thinnest, most flexible flat-rolled copper, designed to wrap, conform, shield, and die-cut; sheet is thicker and self-supporting for panels, flashing, and formed parts. Both are 99.9% pure copper 110.
Both. Continuous rolls suit wrapping, winding, shielding, and production, while cut sheets and blanks suit shims, panels, prototypes, stained glass, and crafts.
By thickness in millimeters, inches, or mils (thousandths of an inch), and by width and length. Choose the thickness variant, then specify roll or sheet dimensions.
Yes. Foil can be slit to narrow strips or cut to specified sheet and blank dimensions in millimeters or inches, including repeated identical pieces for production.
Yes. High-conductivity 99.9% pure copper 110 foil is widely used to wrap enclosures and cables for EMI/RFI shielding, with overlaps and continuous grounding contact.
Yes. Bare copper foil solders quickly with standard solder and flux, which is why it is used for stained-glass came, grounding tabs, and electrical connections.
You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
